• Bliss Bed + Bath SM
  Romantic master suite and soothing spa bath design – We help you create your own personal sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. We assist you in creating and enhancing your most intimate space with special lighting, textures and visual harmony.
• LiTE SM
  Lighting and technology enhancements – Most homes are designed with minimal lighting that does not enhance the designs that you are selecting. We improve light levels, highlight artwork, increase task lighting in critical areas and recommend lighting controls from dimmers to Smart Home technology. We work with audio/visual specialists to design and install all of the computers and technology requirements in the least obtrusive way.
• Smoov SM
  Smooth move assistance – We reduce stress for relocating senior executive families. We fill the gap between the mover's services and your typical designer's work. We offer concierge level services during one of your most stressful and exciting times.
• Dream home and renovation designs
  Complete specifications from conception through the final cabinet knob. We guide you through the complex process, help you visualize the possibilities, select from the overwhelming options, design custom details to fit your lifestyle and preferences and help you organize and distill the details for the contractor or builder. We provide comprehensive and detailed drawings and specifications that are reviewed for accuracy and understanding by the team that is charged with creating your custom home.
• Construction liaison
  We help you interview and select your builder, architect, contractor and subcontractors – we ensure that they are competent, insured, prepared and that they understand your needs. We visit the job site frequently to observe that the project is completed as designed. We assist with coordination and scheduling, and provide quality assurance oversight to ensure the level of workmanship meets and exceeds your expectations. We use our extensive construction knowledge to trouble-shoot and problem-solve on your behalf.
• Purchasing
  We assist you in selecting and purchasing the elements of your design. This is especially important if you wish to have an entirely unique and custom-tailored home – a result that is unique and expressive of your individual taste and image. We shop, price, propose, order and expedite your purchases. We manage the accounting for your project to save you time, ensure that your vision is realized and make what is a complex process as smooth as possible so you can relax and enjoy your home.
• Delivery and installation
  We inspect for quality and potential damage, and meet the delivery of the design elements. We coordinate and supervise the installation of all furnishings and artwork so that it is appropriately placed and displayed. If there is damage during transit or installation, we work with the moving company to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
• Concierge-level service
  We act as your liaison to coordinate all of the moving parts of the process in the most efficient and resourceful way to simplify your transition and reduce stress for you and your family
• Real estate evaluation for renovation
  Our extensive real estate and construction knowledge is a great resource when purchasing an older home that might need updates or when purchasing a new home for which a basement build-out might be needed. We provide ideas for enhancements and general budget numbers so you can better evaluate your purchase before presenting an offer. We provide an objective and educated approach to the purchase of an older home that might require renovation.
• Real estate evaluation for purchase
  We are often asked to accompany our clients when selecting the home they intend to purchase. We are not Realtors™. After we review your Personal Design Assessment™, we inventory and measure your furnishings. We then measure your new home and create furniture plans with your current furnishings and code them for the mover. We use our knowledge of the local market and an objective viewpoint as well as knowledge of your current home, furnishings and lifestyle to help you make your final decision.
• Education
  We will offer classes and educational materials for consumers and designers starting in 2008. please see our DSU SM page – Design Success University SM.

We do not offer the following services yet:

• Historic renovation
• Feng Shui
• Offices (except smaller professional suites depending on the size)
• Schools
• Retail
• Institutional
• Hospitality

We incorporate energy-saving products into our designs when possible and we are familiar with sustainable products. Green design is an important emerging area for designers and builders. We can recommend people that have extensive green building experience and they may be more cost effective for you, as we expand our knowledge in this field.
